Pieces of Morocco

Inspired by the crowded building and his complicated path in the Medina of Morocco. Using digital painting to simplify the details of the photo and analyze the images into different color blocks to create a decomposed maze. 

 

The addition of a slightly moving element in 2D will make the works more vivid and have a sense of substitution. The 2D images are integrated into the sculpture, allowing the audience to interact with the “maze” and linking it with the question raised by “Nothing”. After objects have lost their original form, questioning the existence of objects.
